ALL SUPPORT REQUESTS ARE CHARGEABLE

  • New Clients - Minimum charge of £12.50 for up to 5 minutes.
  • Existing Clients - Minimum charge of £8.00 for up to 5 minutes.
  • Additional time charged pro-rata in 1 minute intervals of the current applicable rate.

        Mileage charges (Round trip)

  • Up to 10 Miles - No additional charge.
  • Over 10 Miles - New Clients - Mileage charged at £1.00/mile.
  •                           - Existing Clients - Mileage charged at £0.75/mile.
